The journal itself is not indexed for MEDLINE. It seems there's some controversy regarding the quality and political motivation of the journal, so it's unlikely that it'll ever be indexed in MEDLINE (and therefore available in PubMed) because of rigorous standards (the title has been submitted for review at the National Library of Medicine twice and was not accepted). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Association_of_American_Physicians_and_Surgeons<br /><br />As a sidenote, thanks for your thoughtful blog posts on issues of medical education!
